Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders of in stock items are shipped within 3 – 5 working days, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (excluding Public Holidays).
We do not have stock levels on our website and when you place your order it may be in or out of stock. All orders of in stock items are shipped within 3 – 5 working days, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (excluding Public Holidays). If your item is out of stock we will contact you via email (when provided) advising you of the anticipated dispatch date. Suppliers can also run out of stock and sometimes this causes unexpected further delays. Some footwear products and safety equipment are made to order, extended delays maybe experienced; we will contact you via email (when provided) advising you of the delay.
shs Products only ships products to destinations within Australia and shipping cost is based on the total order value. Freight charges are calculated prior to shipment. You will be contacted if the freight charge is greater than the price displayed on checkout.
* Customers in remote locations may not be entitled to Free Shipping. shs Products reserves the rigt to determine what areas are classified as remote locations. Customers that receive special rates for products will not be eligible for Free Shipping.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
shs Products are not liable for goods delivered to the given delivery address when no one is available to sign for the order
When making an order please take care as we are not liable simply because you made the wrong choice. Keep in mind that colours may appear different due to different monitor settings. If you need to exchange your goods due to this, all freight and insurance charges are your responsibility. We are not liable if the website is not up to date or if a server error or pricing error has occurred. If a pricing error has occurred we do not have to honour it.
Goods can only be delivered to its destination when purchase and delivery fee has been paid in full. Only then will the goods be dispatched.
How To Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
1. Please email us to request a return.
2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
3. Additional freight will be charged it you require a replacement item.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
